All of our products (purchased at full-price or otherwise) are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers household use, under normal conditions, and with respect to the maintenance and usage outlined by the manufacturer. For commercial use, products are guaranteed for 1 month. If a product proves to be defective, we are committed to its repair. In the event that a product cannot be repaired, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Note : This warranty excludes any item that has been intentionally modified.

For products that are damaged upon reception via delivery or postal service, the cost of delivery or shipping to return the product or for its replacement are defrayed by Zone.


  1. Bring the item and a proof of purchase to any of our Zone stores.
  2. Ask to speak with a manager who will determine if the damage is covered by the guarantee, and the possibility of an exchange, repair or refund.

  1. Contact  Zone Customer Service to describe the problem you are experiencing with the product. You will be asked to send photos of the product and a copy of your receipt by e-mail.
  2. You can then bring the product to the Zone store of your choice, or to a post office, or request for it to be picked up by our delivery service.
  3. Exchange, repair or refund: Once we have assessed your product, we can then determine the solution that best applies to your situation.

For furniture with defects that are not covered by the guarantee, please contact Zone Customer Service so that we can find a solution.

Some of our suppliers offer extended guarantees that are mentioned on the product's packaging. In order to take advantage of an extended guarantee, you must contact the supplier directly.
